Refunds and right of withdrawal

This is a translation, provided so that it can be read. The is the binding one: §§ 312g, 355 and 356 BGB apply to a German operator, and where the two differ the German text is what holds.

This notice applies to the paid year. The free account costs nothing, so there is nothing there to withdraw from: you can delete it at any time under Account. Signed in, you can also withdraw with one click, through Withdraw from contract at the foot of the page and under Account, for as long as the fourteen days run. Withdrawing is not cancelling: whoever cancels keeps the paid year to its end and gets no money back.

Two things are on this page. The right of withdrawal is the statutory one: fourteen days, no reason needed, and the notice below is the wording the law prescribes. Beyond it, and independently of it, we refund the full amount with no deduction for the time already run.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Jakob Maximilian Pelz, Olenhoffweg 1a, 21614 Buxtehude, Deutschland, email info@terrana.garden) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Independently of the notice above and going beyond it: if you write within fourteen days of the purchase to say you do not want the year, we refund the full amount. No deduction for the time already run. This promise does not limit your statutory rights and does not replace them. The contract terms contain it as well.
